Whats up guys! Just purchased a 2014 Tacoma yesterday and I plan on keeping the suspension stock but I do want to beef it up a little bit with a set of 265/75 r16 Duratracs. My only issue is, I want a steel black wheel with decent back spacing so that the tires stick out quite a bit without spacers. I'm not looking to break the bank so be somewhat reasonable but any recommendations? Pics? Appreciate it guys!

Sooo I should probably stick with 17s then. Any suggestions?

You can go with those 16" wheels, no problem there, just limited to the one option if you want steel. You have more options going aluminum (and your TPMS will work with another alloy wheel).

If you want 17", I know there are a few 17"x 9" steel wheels that will work, just need to be more careful with you tire choice to make sure it'll mount such a wide wheel. Tons of 17" alloy options to fit as well.

Removing the front mud flaps was the very first "mod" I did to my truck.

17"x9" will look great, I have that same size, but they will stick out from the fender and being that wide you'll have a bit more trimming to do. If you want to avoid trimming you can go with the 17" x 8" (Part # AR1727883B ) which won't stick out quite as far.

If you go with a wheel with less offset, wider stance, with a larger tire they will rub at full lock. I found this out with mine. Went to a 265/75-16 on a wheel with 0 offset and they rubbed the mud guards at full lock. With 1.75" lift they don't rub at all.

You could go with FJ Steel Wheels. They're 17x7.5.
