I have a 2015 Tacoma, replaced the grill with raptor style and added raptor lights. Wired the ground for raptor lights to ground and the hot to switch 2 on the SP-9100. I am having a couple of issues, appreciate any feedback from this knowledge bank

    1) the raptor lights will randomly turn on for about 3-5 minutes. I am guessing there is a power check somewhere the electrical system that actives them, but no idea if it would be something in the factory system or the switch pro system. Has anyone had this happen? Concern would be that battery gets worn down (even though it is low drain and SP-9100 has a cutoff fails safe).

    2) I cannot figure out how to setup the SP-9100 to turn on the raptor lights with the marker lights. Right now I have them based on a memory function returning them to state they were last in when the vehicle was powered on.

    3) When i originally wired the raptor lights I had the hot going to a piggyback fuse on the low beam fuse. Within a couple months the driver's low beam on my new Spyder headlights burned out. So I wired hot to the SP-9100 and replaced headlights with new Spyders. Within a couple of months the drivers low beam went out again, so replaced lights with original factory headlights. So far so good but it has only been a couple of weeks. Not sure if the issue is likely with the Spyder lights (I know there are several bad reviews of them) or the wiring setup.

Mostly electrical shit that nobody cares about.
Idk, man, you're using a $600 black box to do your lights control. Sounds like you should be calling their customer service instead. I'd opt for custom switches and relays next time.

I recently installed some too and just noticed the same issue. The lights will turn on randomly while the truck is off. Has anybody else had this issue and figured out a solution.

I have not found the solution yet. I have a co-worker with same issue. Lights installed normal, no switch-pro or spod involved.

OP, what source is the ignition tap for the SP on your vehicle? (Where is it tapped into)#12

I have a 2016 Tacoma and installed the Morimoto LED head lights and fog lights. I'm sitting in my office and my daytime running lights just switched on and won't cut off. I've unlocked and locked the truck with my remote and still nothing. Sometimes it does this for a few seconds, sometimes for several minutes. Not cool after spending $1k+ on new lighting. I followed the Morimoto install directions to the T.

I tapped my Raptor lights to my corner lights on the headlights.

    Simple solution.

    Remove the lights. Then re-install.

Mind the integrity of the connections.

Are you using Switch Pros or are you tapped into an add-a-fuse? If add-a-fuse, which fuse did you tap? I'm guessing the EFI fuse in the engine bay, which turns on every 4 hours or so.

It may be on the same circuit as the Evap function that turns on occasionally when the truck is off. I wired mine into the 10 amp INJ fuse as directed and the lights come on randomly.
