Okay i just got my 17" atx thug teflon coated rims installed on my truck and was wondering why they kind of look blue.
    Is this normal?
i want them to be more black, is there any way to do this?
or is the only way to be powder coated?
ive seen these before and they a lot darker than mine. i like the style but they arent as black as id like...

hmmm... mine are kinda grey but not blue. Maybe i'm color blind. Got any pics? Then we can tell if they're normal color or not.

Take a look at a teflon coated frying pan...rarely pure black..more of a real dark charcol.

In fact, after I saw the ATX Mojaves on a Mag Gray truck I crossed them off my list, they are almost exactly the same color. Some guys love the color match, but I wanted a flat black rim to contrast a little with the paint.

Still, maybe give 'em a bit, maybe they'll grow on ya. If you end up hating them so much you feel like killing...don't, murder is illegal, just sell them.
