Anyone know a good t case output shaft seal replacement guide? I found one video on YouTube but it's a little lackluster. Also, anything else I could change while I have things apart? Already have a new oem seal. And this might be a silly question but is the oil leaking out of that seal my transfer case oil? It sits above the t case body. Thanks.

Try this, hopefully it works and isn't the one you already found.

Do we also have that companion flange seal and staked nut? Video was an older 4runner

According to the TQ spec diagrams.
Yes, there is a companion seal and a big nut.
    The nut is TQ’d to 87 ft/lb.

You’ll need to find a piece of pipe that fits the seal. I like to use PVC, it’s plastic and doesn’t seem to beat up the seal too bad when driving it in. As for the size pipe you need, I don’t know. Never done one yet. Take the new seal to the hardware store and start matching:thumbsup:
