I have a 2002 V6 Tacoma 4x4 with automatic tranny and all stock with 95,000 miles. Just recently when I start the car and put it into reverse to back out of my driveway there is a mild vibration/rattling coming from the front or middle of the car.

When I drive it seems fine.

My thought was maybe a drive shaft or something out of balance ?
