This has happened a few times now...I have an 06 DC 4x4. I go in to start truck and it first acts like the battery is low, barely turning the engine. Then the alarm goes off, horn sounds, etc. I have to use the remote to disarm the alarm and after that I can start the truck. We have been having days of 100+, could that be a factor or is something else going on?

most likley the battery has a bad cell and when you try to start the truck the alarm is going to go off because the battery goes below 12 volts when you try to start the truck
