Help installing Extang express Tonneau Cover on a 2010 Tacoma.

    Has anyone installed one of these.
    Unit comes with typical instructions that don't cover all surprises but install went quick.
    The question I have deals with the two weather rubber flaps. One on the front towards the cab,and the one on the tailgate end. Do they fold into the bed ,or do they hang outside the bed. The tailgate and front lip of the bed are lower then the sides on the 2010 .So I'm guessing that's why they put them on ( to stop water leaking in). I think they could have found a cleaner way to do it.
