I was putting blue LEDs in my map and dome light. I had 2 of 3 done. I was putting the 3rd one in and it snapped in half and the wires touched weird and they flickered and they all shut off. none will work anymore

Not sure, you may have to check them all. Either with a meter or pull each one out and look.
There is also a small panel under the dash on the drivers side. I forget exactly where.

Just for future reference, it's always best to disconnect the ground on your battery before working on anything electrical in the truck so that something like this doesn't happen. I get lazy and forget to do it too, so I am guilty as well.

Look under there. I thought it looked pretty obvious.

Maybe you should not be adding mods to your electrical system if you can't figure out how to change a fuse after i showed you exactly where it was.

Maybe it's your truck trying to reject those hidious blue LED you are installing. :D

I put a small blade screwdriver in the hole and popped it open by prying it slightly. Fuses underneath cover.
