I myself am contemplating a lift for my '13 DCLB TRD Sport...right now I am leaning toward 6112/5160 combo. I am looking for more on-road vs off-road. Aren't the OME kit a true 3" lift?

OME makes different coils for different lift heights. I would call Marie at Headstrong Off-road,talk to her about what you want to do. She can answer all your questions, they have good prices. They are a vendor on TW,highly recommended

Thanks @Crom ! Ya either way even though everyone here says OME is the best bang fr my buck, I am not leaning that way. Especially after I read about then on your build. Also going that route the Dakars are complete over kill for a 1.5-2'' lift in the front. Both Billies are in the running. and maybe fox.....

Thats just it I don't want to go over kill for my needs but don't want to cheap out either. Thats why I am changing my plans from a 3'' and 285's to a 1-2'' and just some 265/70/17 KO2's. I love the look of the 285's but over kill for my needs and not worth the loss in MPG and drivability. Definitely won't do a spacer lift even though I will be 98% on road.

Happy new year to you as well!!!

98%on road. Want to do it once. Don't want negative side effects. Sounds like me.

    Icon stage 2. Falken 265/75/16

Love it! Rides just right for me!

I left it alone. I haven't cranked up or down yet.

    Yes, stock UCA.

Thank so for the reply. So did you get about 2" or less?

Also these are the 2.5 Icons that give you up to 3.5 lift on the 2nd gen when cranked correct?

I have mine set at 2 inches of thread showing. I think the stage 1 or 2 would fit exactly what you're looking for.

How much lift did that give you up front?

Unfortunately I was too excited to do before measurements, but current measurements are fronts 37 5/8" and rear 38 7/8" measuring centerline of the hub from the ground.

Thanks. Might wait for a group buy, or go ahead and get the coil overs and rear shocks without resi's since my offroading is limited to light trails. Not really looking for big lift, just back to stock height and leveling it out, all while replacing the stock parts with a little nicer incase I move elsewhere.

Sounds exactly like my needs. I also got non resi rears. I didn't really need a lift, but I was tired of the stock suspension wallowing around corners and nosediving all the time.

still torn what to do, local shop claims they get a lot of Icon stuff returned with leaks or defects, but then the fox stuff only will give me a 1'' lift over stock without UCA's. also they claim you can't or shouldn't adjust the Fox 2.5's with the coil under pressure.........
