Hey guys! From Kentucky here. Recently got back from a trip that I mapped out from KY through CO, UT, AZ, etc. over 2.5 weeks and 5K miles!
View link here if you'd like!
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/5k-miles-west-cross-country-pics-video.575256/

I'm looking to hit up the Northeast and Cape Cod area next in June! Looking to plan some fishing, whale watching, and other things to see and do while in the Northeast area! This will be about an 8 day trip, so any useful info about things I must/need to see and do while heading up the Northeast Coast would be greatly appreciated! Maybe even some hole in the wall joints to eat at along the way, overlooks, waterfalls to see, etc.! Thanks guys! Looking forward to it!

and you should try the Yardarm in Orleans for great Chowder!

    great Ocean Beach is Nauset
Camping: Head of the meadow campground or Nickerson state park
a beautiful walk out to a fairly isolated by beach is the Gut off Chequesset Neck Road on Great Island in Welfleet (it is a long walk but worth it).

You have a charter? Got a website or business card? I'm interested as well as some of my family I'm sure.

If you like wine and spirits, visit Truro Winery and Spirits in Truro, southern Cape, the wine is great and the Rum, and Gin is better.

How far North you planning on going? You looking for more off-road focused stuff, or more like local attractions?

Nauset is nice but storms in recent years have taken out a lot of the beach. Coast guard o Nauset light in Eastham are nice. Pm me for restaurant tips as the options are endless. Have a blast!!!

Not totally sure on that yet. Wouldn't mind hitting some trails if it's worth the view

Cody, if you need a place to crash I'm right next to Boston/Logan Airport, in Winthrop MA. I've got a spare room. Also good BBQ at Blackstrap BBQ in Winthrop as well as Belle Isle Seafood which is pretty good.

Nahant beach is one of my favorite beaches but not a lot of parking. Not a ton of wheeling spots near by, which is why I come down to RRG every year. There is a small spot in RI and two offroad parks in Maine (Hemonds and Rocky Mountain Terrain Park).

Let me know when you are headed this way, I'd be down to hit up Rausch Creek Offroad Park in PA if you head through that way. It's like 6 hours from Boston but supposed to be really good.

Zach, Sounds awesome! I forgot all about you living up that way. I'll shoot you a PM when we get a better detailed plan on the exact week and everything and we can plan it! It's actually looking like a week or 2 after the RRG meet in June if it works out

Sounds like a fun trip! New moon breaking tides at the canal in June will be lights out! bring heavy surf-casting tackle 10-11' rod if you got one lures 2-4 oz. Be ready to fish in a crowd. But you cannot beat the blitz action in the big ditch during June. Bring a bike with rod holders if you can. For food around the canal Marshland (cape side) I think has the best breakfast, but a lot of guys go to Leo's on the mainland side. Cape Cod Charlies Tackle shop is the best tho. Hole in the wall aesthetic with the best most knowledgeable staff/best prices.
I'd recommend staying around Falmouth area if you go down cape you'll get snarled in the traffic. Maybe hit the vineyard for a day trip, lots of drinking/food to be had in Oak Bluffs. Vineyard Haven is a little sleepy.
PM me if you have any questions about anything!
    Cheers
