i am about to install the 5100 made for 3-4" and the rubber busing that come with them are different than the ones that come with 5100 made for 1.5" of lift wondering the order washer-bushing-body mount-bushing-washer-nut is this right?

The bottom bushing should be attached to the top plate (Body mount?)

    The order should be:

    Washer-bushing/top plate- washer-bushing-washer-nut
