Help, stuck between a rock and a hard place

    Anybody that plays guitars and know a lot about them. Please help. Thinking about selling (bought in 08) my ibanez gio grg170dx and line 6 spider amp with a small marshall amp that fits on your side and tuner and a case that cost $95. When I bought it i paid $350 to $375 for it, cant remember. Selling it to my buddy for $300 hadnt been played a lot maybe 8 to 10hrs on the guitar. And it was my first guitar thought I would like how to play one but lost interest. Is that a good price? Also I got more money saved up and this money if I decide to sell it will be put back to buy me some 33x12.50r15 duratracs that I want.
