Does anybody know how to remove this weird thing from the plastic covering the gauge cluster? I’m tying to remove my gauge cluster to clean it and I’ve removed most of the components necessary to do so but just when I thought I was about to get to it I ran into the two “screws” holding the top of the outer plastic to the dash, only it’s not a screw like I thought it would be and now I can’t get to my gauge cluster like I was trying to. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

All you need is a small screw driver or pin. Push in the middle and they pop up and release.

And to reinstall it, pull the little (center) pin so it hangs out. Then push the fastener back in the hole and push the center pin back in to lock it.
