HELP!!!! WHICH USED TACOMA 4x4 ACCESS TO BUY??!!

Before I voted I thought the blue was speedway, but now that I look at it again, it looks in far better shape and has no obvious dents anywhere. If they are from Colorado, trust me they are gonna have some surface rust somewhere

 

good luck with your purchase but if i was you i will continue to search and maybe get one tacos with more millage.

 

why don't you try to expand your search, i had to drive three state to get mine because there wasn't anything near by.

 

either seems like a decent deal. i have an 06 4cyl sr5 w/ 120k. i just wrecked it and during the estimates they said it booked for 15k

 

Yes fogs and fenders can be added.

I would offer 11k cash and go from there.

Too many miles to start off with and it's in NY, I HATE DEALING WITH PEOPLE IN NY! lol The blue one I'm looking at only has 109k miles , although base model but can be fixed up!

 

I'm having him send my more pics in the morning and then having him take the truck to the local Toyota dealership for a FULL inspection and will negotiate from there. I will start at $13,500 that I offered him and then work my way down if the dealer spots problems or dents and dings. I;m not going to low ball him though, he's not stupid, the bb value is $13,900 for his truck in good condition, which his appears to be.

Blue one you can't really tell by the photos. Is it a V6?

For reference I got this 2005 TRD OR 4x4 6-spd with leather and only 60k on the clock last month for 16k.

 

I agree the black is a POS after careful examination with the help of you guys.

The blue one is a V6. He will be sending more pics tomorrow morning and if I like them he will be taking it to the dealership for a FULL inspection.

You got a good deal but the blue one I'm looking at is 2 years newer and an automatic, so that does make a difference although yours has TRD, leather and half the miles. I still couldn't afford $16k though, at least not now b/c I'm not working...just sold my Lexus to get the truck.

 

I should have sold you mine... 85k when I traded it in... Only let it go for 10k and it had wheels OME lift and 33" tires oh well

Sucks to say, but a second gen for 13,000$.. Dont expect much.
