Help! Wierd squealing noise

I Have a six lug prerunner and i am getting this wierd high pitched squealing sound from the front end of the truck, I think towards the right side. It only happens sometimes though and only when I am cruising. At first I thought it might be the belts cause i have not gotten to changing them yet and I have 92,000 miles on it. But could it be a front wheel bearing going out?

 

Maybe the A/C? Brakes? Gremlins?

 

probably gremlins lol. I normally never run the A/C though so I dont think thats it, and it never squeals when i hit the brakes. So idk lol

 

Check for rocks stuck between the brake rotor and rotor dust shield. This happened to me and it makes a terrible noise.

 

is it engine speed related, ground speed related, etc?

 

id say more engine speed. usually happens wen cruising around 1500-2300 rpms mostly on the freeway

 

I think he meant, if the rpms change, does the squeal change

 

so if you're at 2200 and not on the freeway it doesnt make the sound?

 

it only happens sometimes but mostly on the freeway around 2000. im leaning towards wheel bearing going out.
