If you dont have a test light hopefully you have a handful of fuses.I'd start by disconnecting the other brake to see if it blows the fuse

I can borrow a test light. If i disconnect the other tail light and put tedter to fuse, i would not want it to light up right?

Correct. Light on full brightness and short is present. Light dimming or off short is not present. Sometimes the light won't go all the way off but there should be a noticeable difference

May sound obvious but did you try that emergency shift button by the shift lever? Your brake cylinder( I think that's what it is called) may have went out that has happened on my wife's car before

    Update 3/6
Ok. I rI removed my trailer hitch wiring wich helped. Now, i replaced the fuse and it doesn't pop. We are making progress. I am able to shift out of park, reverse light works on good tail light. I diconnected damaged tail light.

When i shut off ignition off the rear running light stays on.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

I removed stop light switch with harness plugged in to see if sqitch was stuck. But didn't change anything. Brake lights still on whenignition off.

When running i can shift out of park without depressing brakes.

Did you unplug the switch to see if that changed it? If you did and it didnt change anything then you have a short to power.

With the switch plugged in but not installed, the brake lights should be on. Push the plunger on the switch in, do the lights go out? If so, the switch is good. It just needs adjusted when installed.

Sounds like your brake light switch is out of adjustment.

Adjust it by making a quarter turn, then moving switch forward or backward to where it needs to be, then turn back quarter turn to lock it into place.

Ok. I just adjusted the switch and brake lights work as they should! Thank you!

But i still have abs indicator light on. Would i just need to have indicator lights cleared?

    Brakes operate normally.

    Thanks

ABS light has to do with the ABS system malfunction ( wheel speed sensors and ABS controller ) not the hydraulic brake function.
