I tried like the other threads said but my fog light relay in my 2011 has 4 prongs and 4 terminals. Not sure whats up because the other threads show only 3 terminals in the fuse block. What am i missing??

That's the fog relay you are looking at, it does have 4 prongs. I think the trailer tow relay is the one that had 3 prongs. You are on the right track so far, pull the trailer relay next. This is the setup from my 2011 dbl cab trd sport

Nooooooo, not that easy. That is the relay that you bend pin 1 so you can connect your jumper and run down to the trailer relay and connect to pin 3. At pin 3 i just pulled the relay, slid my bared jumper wire lead into the pin 3 slot and re-iserted the realy, no need to try to get a connector in there. See in my image that red wire running from the fog realay down to the trailer relay.

so bend that fog light relay tab outwards so it will not make contact inside the fuse box? then jump it to the #3 tab on the trailer relay?

What prong on the towing relay did you use? I tried that bottom one and they would not work

The middle one and the fogs will work 100% of the time.

I just want to know where to stuff the male end of my jumper wire to get a "hot on ignition" only.

    I did.

Just installed my towing package harness today and all my lights on my trailer now work.

My towing tail relay has 4 prongs. The one closest to the driver's side fender does nothing when i jump to it. The one above it is hot 100% of the time (which i do not want)

I would prefer to have the fog lights available any time the truck is running, but if the parking lights have to be on, i'll live with it.

This mod is when parking lights are on and also stay in with high beam

Do you know of any way to make them hot with the ignition? Without running a wire all the way through the firewall...
