Help With New Tire Purchase (Procomp Wheels / Dick Cepek M/T's)

I'm looking into purchasing some ProComp 20" chrome alloy wheels (6006 Series) with Dick Cepek M/T tires (35-12.50r20) with the installation kit for $1500.00. I just purchased my 6" Fabtech lift kit, and I'm wondering if this is a good deal and will these tires fit.

I'm just getting my feet wet into this kind of stuff, and I won't lie, I will most likely be driving on pavement with this truck. Should I keep shopping around for a better deal, or should I pull the trigger? OR should I haggle the price!
