Doesn't matter as long as they are reliable and worth the cash

there are literally endless possibilities on this website. gotta first narrow down your purposes for the lift and some kind of budget then ask again.

Icon Stage 3 is a popular kit. I don't have the figures in front of me but you're looking at close to $3000. Eventually I am planning on upgrading to that kit, but for now I have OME. I like it and its a lot more affordable. Around $800.

What are the benefits of getting the icon stage 3 and what is the icon stage 3 used for compared to the OME?

I'd say full long travel bed cage engine cage cab cage out front try to get 20 inches of travel and the rear upwards towards 26 inches or more if you can get it but your looking at spending lots of money! Like it's said before what do you need the lift for and what do you plan on doing in your truck?

Go to toyteclifts.com and you can compare all the differences. Like someone else said, there's too many variables and it depends on what your needs are. You don't need to spend thousands of dollars on a suspension system if you're never going to take the truck off-road. I got OME because I drive 90% street and most off-roading I do is to go camping and get to secluded fishing spots.

Then as I said before full long travel full cages should work for you. If it's done right can have a street legal race truck

Then as sladesdaddy1022 said, go with a long travel kit. Thats a ton of money and requires extensive modifications. That setup is made for going super fast off-road. I don't know much about them, so maybe someone else will chime in.

Nice. Long travel is a whole animal on its own. Read through the long travel section would be my best advise rather than jumping into it blind. Because the strongest kit may not be what is best for you. Also you need to know what specifically what you want your truck to do. Hit up some local meets. Get involved with people on here. The more you know the better off you'll be.

Get a coilovers (Fox, King, or swayaway) and an upper control arm. (Total Chaos, Camburg) will give your front a nice stance n a lil bit more travel. Then get some fiberglass fenders. Will do good in the desert n Street and won't hurt your pocket.
