Hey everyone on TW, i recently lifted my TX Pro( i know people will hate me) with billie 5100s and a 2 inch AAL. My question is, should i cut up my brand new truck and put some 285 duratracs on and have it always dirty on the sides, or put some beefy 265s and possibly wheel spacers to give it a better stance, tell me what you guys think and why.

    thanks everyone

    Hate you for what?

Personally I wouldn't cut up my truck unless I needed to. I run 265/75 on stock suspension and the stance is great.

hate me for having a tx pro, everyone on here seems to hate them or hate on the people who own them because they think the truck package is stupid.

what do you guys think of this one?

    http://www.4wheelparts.com/Tires/LT...13&t_s=156&t_pt=100785&t_pl=829&t_pn=BFG94223

maybe a wider stance and less cutting?

or these? same idea of a wider stance but less cutting?

    http://www.4wheelparts.com/Tires/LT..._s=159&t_pt=10129&t_pl=102212&t_pn=NIT205-770

or should i say screw it and just chop it up for 285s? i want minimal cutting, but a wider stance, kinda like KPT or BlackTacoma23, 2 different tire sizes between those 2, but both a great looking truck

If you want the "wider stance" you'll probably end up doing some trimming anyway.

If you're thinking about 285s, you might as well go for it. It's not like you have to take out your chainsaw just to run em...

I went with 265/70R17 KM2's, no chop or wheel spacers, had a slight rub on my UCA'S so I picked up two sets of spidertrax spacers when I put my new A/T on.
