So Ive replaced both the driver and passenger side ball joints twice so far. They seat properly, the boot is fully on facing the right direction, and it is tightened to spec. But for some reason the ball joint will not hold grease for more than a couple hours or until I drive somewhere. It vibrates when I come to a stop or slow down from 40ish mph and I feel its getting worse. Any one had this problem, or have any info that could help me figure out why this is happening. Both sides are failing, Replaced with MOOG K90255 upper ball joint both times. 1995 DLX v6 3.4 4x4.
    Thanks,

Yes. it leaks out from the bottom of the boot on both sides after sitting for about an hour, or if I drive somewhere.

moog is pure crap and the boots never seal

replace with oem ball joints and your done, you don't save any money buying aftermarket crap because as you see they don't last and now you have to replace them again

How are the control arm bushings? Also check the tie rods. The only other thing I can think of is, what kind of grease are you using?

I have had nothing but good luck with Moog parts.

Go Toyota and be done .

Sure more expensive to start but great piece of mind.

In the past Moog used to be the aftermarket go to suspension and steering parts no longer!!!
