help with virus removal

    ok so dose anyone know of a good free virus removal thing i can download to get the trojan virus off my computer

    also my computer isnt showing the start menu task bar or the desktop icons

    could some one help me please????? there will be greenies involved to anyone who helps me ;)

    i would try avast free antivirus. boot into safe mode when scanning. avast also does a boot scan before windows fully loads.

    Try Spybot Search & Destroy. It's free. It's not an anti-virus but it can detect and remove a lot of malwares. See screenshot.

    Make to update it before using.

    i tried it but it didnt work for me



    update problem seems to be resolved i had my computernerd of a friend take a look at it and he seems to have fixed it

    if you ever lose the taskbar and icons again, hold ctrl+alt+del then start the task manager. under the applications tab, click new task and type explorer.exe. this should help
