    First post here. Been lurking for a few days now, reading all about this site...and the trucks. I live in the land of snow (a.k.a. the Prairies of Canada). Perfect environment for a 4x4 Tacoma.

    I'll be picking up my new '09 TRD Sport sometime next week. Pretty excited about it too. I have gazed lovingly at these trucks for over 3 years now, and I'm happy to say I'll finally own one. This will be my first Toyota product. I hope to gain some insight from these forums, and find some fun ways to improve on an already solid product. I don't have major plans for changes, but I will partake in some smaller mods for sure.

    I look forward to searching out the right cold air kit, after-market grille, and who knows what else here. I'll post a snap or 2 once I take possession next week.

    Just up the road a bit from you, in Red Deer.

    Ha....we've seen it all this winter so far. Nice, then cold, then blizzard, then nice......etc.

    Stopped at the dealership today to take my actual truck for a test drive. Smooth as glass on the highways, and strong and stable on the back roads. Damn, I just can't wait to get that baby in the driveway. I should be able to get my Magnum all squared away, and back to the dealership (lease end) by Tuesday or Wednesday. Then it's all Toyota time!! I already have a shopping list of things to get for it. I'll post a snap or 2 once I get a chance.
