I'm sure I can figure something out. I'll take a look at mine over the weekend, see how many I need and then send you that amount.

This conversion kit came out recently from 911 Motorsports. Seems like a pretty good option for those who already have the floor jack and are limited on tools and time. And the kit is made in the US and vehicle mounting options are available too. This review on it was worth the watch.

    Bought myself the shim rings.

@geekhouse23 , did you just trim down the OD of the shim rings until it fit in the proeagle pad? I was thinking about holding them with vice grips or something and then using a flap wheel on them

    I had that same struggle.

I DIY'd a washer I had in my packouts originally and since it worked, and I was over it riding the struggle bus the first time, I just kept what I had.

alrighty. I think I can make the shims work since the already have the right ID, which is what I was mangling every time I tried to make one myself. The OD hopefully I can just shave on down a little bit and get it to work

Not enough bandwidth on the internet to list.
Funny, this thread woke up today just when I scored an HF 1.5t jack for $89 instead of the regular $99. Then applied a 15% discount coupon floating around on the HF Tools thread today. $83 OTD!

Then I came home and ordered the 911motorsports kit to add a bunch of horsepower to it. Bomb-diggity!

If you need a new aluminum 1.5t, now's the time!

Sanded the OD of the shim rings with a disc sander and it worked perfect. I used 3. I'm gonna take it back apart to post more pictures later, but I'm really happy with how it turned out!

Forgot to come back with these oopsie

The shim rings go in between the Pro Eagle pad and the HF center pin. The HF center pin is smaller than what is intended for the Pro Eagle pad, so the shim rings fill the gap
The shim rings ID is perfect, but the OD needs to be shaved a bit. I tried doing it the other way with a washer of proper OD and an ID that needed drilling, but that did not turn out well. Shaving down the OD was much easier. I used 3 shim rings total
I used this disc sander setup I made for my lathe
    [IMG] [IMG]
This is how much I needed to shave down the rings for proper fitment
    [IMG] [IMG]
And here is the final assembly
