5100's all around - fronts at 1.75", 265/70/17 Bridgestone Revo 2, HID headlights and fog lights, factory skid plate, ss exhaust tip, tube steps, Access roll-up tonneau cover, Redline hood struts, 6 D-rings, seat MagLite, LED dome, fumoto oil drain, DTRL, fog light anytime, Kenwood/Clarion speakers, Pop-N-Lock 5300, LED bed lights and a few other things...
Turned the truck on tonight - lights both came on for a split second then went off. Flicked them several times and they would come on for just a flicker.

Upon further analysis - the ballasts hiss for just 1 second - then pop-pop - then do nothing.

I switched them with each other and get the same result. Both ballasts do the hiss - pop-pop - thing.

These are SlimCubby ballasts. Headlights worked great for the past 1yr 3mo. Pissed and may need to look for a more reliable ballast.

The "hiss pop pop" sounds like the noise that ballasts make when there is no bulb plugged in.
Are all the amp connectors secure? And do your bulbs look blown or damaged at all?
