I was looking at ddm and the 55w isn't being sold anymore, does anyone know of good HIDs for a low price like ddm? That runs 55w, cause I plan on doing my 4 hellas to HID Also, thanks for any help

I just installed the 35's in my heads and fogs, and they look great, I don't see any reason to wait for the 55's. Many people have posted that the difference is minimal and not noticeable. Just an FYI!

I should have added that I had read the same thing. After looking more into it I heard great things from a lot of people about the slim ballast. That included a friend of mine who has three set of slims for his heads, fogs, and hellas for two years with no issues.

Yes the 55w is different then the 35w.... Its brighter for one, and the 35w 6k will have more blue in it vs. a 55w 6k....
But for mostly city driving, the 35w will do just fine.

35 watts HID is brighter than 130 watts halogen... What do you guys want?

HID is all about being bright light daylight but only using 35 watts... How much brighter than daytime do you want?

4300-5000 ºK is also the temp. color range for the brightest, whitest... You go higher, the lights are bluer and dimmer!

Yeah like I don't doubt they will be good, I'll probably just end up getting the 35w, that's what most kits sell anyways right?

Yep! but I myself know the difference between 35 and 55, and its impressive....
Its way better on country roads, and such.

But the 35w are really good also, atleast way better then halogens...

Yeah I really want the 55w cause that's all I'm usually on is country roads, but if they are out of stock I'll just wait and do it right, not saying the 35w are bad, I'd just rather wait and get the 55 then buy the 35 now and the 55 come back in a week

I agree completely. I think that they should include a sweet wing spoiler and a nice fart can muffler with the blue (6000, 8000, etc.) kits. I mean if you want rice you might as well go all out! I see them all over around here and can't understand why someone would upgrade to an HID that provides worse visibility than the halogens they replaced!
