    Whats up with the HID headlights, how much better are they? I got a price to install them and it was mid 300. What do they do that is so expensive.??

    Don't pay $300 for them... They are much brighter than stock as well as having better color at night than regular headlights. Pay the $70 or whatever and get some from them. Putting them in yourself isn't very hard.

    DDM tuning you can get a set for headlights and foglights for $100 shipped and it takes maybe an hour to install. Very easy.

    If you want to wait thats fine but DDM has them for about half of what the GB will cost... Just a thought.

    Great Topic. I missed out on the recent group buys here on TW. What expierence people are having w/the HID? Has anyone had any bulbs burn out or any other issues or is everyone satisfied w/his/her purchase?

    Thanks OP for the topic.

    I love mine. I just installed the hella500's and will be ordering HIDs for them next week. Should be about $45 for a 35W set.

    I prefer Slim's GB. His customer service is top notch, and I would much rather take my business where the customer is treated well in a timely manner.

    A++ to Slim

    The user is Slimcubby... He usually has one every month. His last one ended 1/15. I don't know when he is planning another. someone shoot him a PM if you are interested. He posts his stuff in Buy / Sell / Trade - Group Buys. You can look at an old one for prices and such...
