    Yea that's exactly what's happening I hear a buzz when they don't turn on. So what your saying is wrap the wires with e tape and that should solve it?

    ALL OF THEM!...Then some more.
    Yea the separate wires. So there are two per bulb. Wrap each separate wire with a nice amount of e tape. They are arcing out with each other right now or arcing out on the body.
