I'm probably wrong about this, but:
I think, with the Undercover, you leave the front valance in place, and trim to fit; and, retain the factory "skid plate."
I think, with the US Offroad, you entirely remove "the offending portion" of the front valance, and, it has sort of a built in bash plate, to a degree.

I was doing some more research and I seen this video on UndercoverHWMS.com... Are there any video of U.S Offroad being trail tested? I'm really concerned of the build quality of U.S Offroad. The metal looks really thin compared to Undercover HWMS.

Not sure how you can ascertain the metal thickness by looking at pictures but our winch tubs are .250" steel with a .130" fascia/skid plate overlay that is fully gusseted. The video you reference above is not a trail test and lifting a few thousand pounds from a tree should not come close to the maximum rating for any winch bumper... but it looks neat. If you have a 5000lb truck with a 10,000 lb winch the bumper better be able to withstand that 10k worth of winch force.. not just 2-3000lbs of weight when you lift the front end a few inches off the ground. It's not a trail test.

There's a video or two on our G+ page along with many customer install photos: https://plus.google.com/u/1/+BradGalbraithusoffroad/posts

Do a little more research and I think you will have your 'concerns' of our build quality relieved.

I also addressed your second post on this here: http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2n...-mount-bumper-development-12.html#post8784987

Anyone have any firsthand user reviews and pictures for this winch setup yet?

Yea man, I've been running this one for a few months now. It's very strong. Install wasn't that bad. I put a Smittybilt XRC comp on mine, which mounted easily. It has these two tabs on each side that prevent the front bumper from wobbling around once the center section is cut out. I'll post some pics up later.
