    I am wanting to get some of the blue/ vilot hids12k.will that work with my tacoma.which will be best and brightest.what all do i need to do this.

    I had a '99 Xtra Cab PreRunner SR5 V6
    You say you want bright AND blue/violet lights. You can have one or the other, but not both. The more blue you go the less light output you will have. I'd say get 5000K or 6000K bulbs to get the most out of your HIDs.

    FX-R Projector Retrofit with Apollo Shrouds, Digital HID 55 watt ballasts, D2S Philips 85122+ bulbs in the Winter and Digital HID 55w 5k bulbs in the summer, Bakflip G2, Pop N Lock, Tint, Grillcraft with PIAAs behind it, ScanguageII and a few audio/video upgrades.
    ^^^ Very good advice. Once you get to 8000K and above the light output is not as good. It may look cool, but you won't see as much as you should and that can be dangerous.

    Bilstiein 5100 w/ TRD Coils in the front, new fog lights, 2 12" isignia subs,
    yeah i got some 8000k bulbs and i cant see shit but now i got new bulbs and some fog lights and they light up the night
