If you go that route... You will need two harnesses. Make sure you get one relay harness for stock hid bulb setup (H4). This will make tying into the stock system easier. You will also gain the ability to wire it to the secondary harness so you can have the high's and low's on at the same time.

You will actually take the high beam output from the H4 HID harness and use that to trigger the relay for the high beams.

be prepared to modify the bulb holder in the high beam slot. the standard HID bulb will not fit that slot. the low beam is no problem.

you can totally do that... i had the H4 harness aleady when i switched to the spyder lights. i wanted it to be a complete plug n play with the stock harness.

you will need a H4 plug or pigtail to wire up the two harnesses to the stock plug.

ive had a completely busy day at work and i still have to attend school tonight. when i can get a break tomorrow, i will put together wiring diagram that you can use to wire those lights up with.

the link you posted for the HID bulb socket modification is spot on.

So you have 3 HID harnesses now? or 2 H1's Harnesses and the pigtail?
