What’s the weight on the c4 t3 bumper with no arms? Looks clean.

@MESO do you have any side shots with the bumper?

Thinking of going that route with the SSO slim line high clearance front bumper…so much cutting lol

Newbie question here... I'm running stock tires and suspension currently. I have a rago rack, a 5 gallon water tank. I won't be running a tent but I'd like to get a bumper with the swing out for table use and such. Will I need to accomodate for sag? If so, what's the best way to do so. Any response is much appreciated

Yes. You will either sag due to weight and/or the stock leafs will lose their shape after a while. I tried an add a leaf and that worked for about a year. Now I’ve swapped the stock leafs out for a leaf pack and the truck is higher and less harsh as an AAL is basically a counterforce to the typical U shape. Think or a U vs a W. Alternatively, you can buy airbags or timbren helper bump stops. Both of these products will limit your suspension travel.

I got my Apogee Offroad HC bumper with BSM installed today. Really happy with the look, especially the hidden hitch receiver. Install wasn’t too bad. Definitely went quicker with a few friends. Also I would use a floor Jack when installing.

Special shout out to Ethan at Apogee. He was awesome when I went to pick it up somewhat unannounced0F75B618-D7AE-46C8-8520-969FDB9AF6DA.jpg 499F589C-ED6F-40F4-B732-D04147576026.jpg .

On the topic of HC rear bumpers, is there a thread with technical info on how much clearance gained at the bedsides and hitch? I’ve seen threads but they’re all pretty bare on details and there’s tons of options.

I’m trying to figure out which bumper gives the most gains. I’m undecided on plate vs tube. I just want a hitch that I could still tow with, no swingout because I don’t want to ruin departure angle. side hoops do t like the look but probably should get them. Caught my bedside in Moab. BSM still works surprisingly. I’m in no rush, probably will order in 1.5 years but might need that long to get the info I want :D

c4 looks good but last I looked it was over $2k for no swingout which is pretty steep
