In a world of ever-increasing costs, High Country Tuning is happy to announce that we have reduced some of our prices! The backend costs for tuning certain vehicles have gone down, and we're passing those savings on to you!​

High Country Tuning is based in Aspen, CO; right on the border of Colorado's High Country and Western Slope; however, it is a mobile service. Remote tuning locations within a reasonable distance or for an additional fee can be arranged. I cover the entire Western Slope, from Glenwood Springs to Grand Junction to Montrose to Durango. If there is enough interest in a specific region (roughly 4 tunes depending on travel costs), a full "tuning event" can be arranged to justify traveling farther distances.

The Overland Torque Tune has undergone extensive testing and data logging. The tune for each model that OTT supports is refined on a Dyno to ensure that we are getting the best performance to accompany real world driveability. We don't rely on just the "butt Dyno" to validate the tune. OTT is the only Toyota tuning calibration that has a complete catalog of replicable Dyno data available to the public.

2nd Colorado tune. A Custom tune for a 2nd Gen Tacoma 6-speed MT. The owner had both an aftermarket cold air intake and aftermarket exhaust, but the mass air flow sensor was not happy with the set up, and would even throw a code from time to time. With the tune, we were able to scale it all together so that the CAI, MAF, and exhaust all work together properly, and now this truck is a beast to drive! The owner can finally take advantage of the aftermarket parts.

Got a tune put on this nice looking 4Runner. As of now, I'm only tuning 2015 - 2019 4Runners because those are the only years supported by HP Tuners, which has the most robust tuning capabilities. We (the Toyota Tuning Network) have been talking with HP Tuners though, and hopefully tuning support will be expanded to more years soon!

I continue to be absolutely amazed with the Overland Torque Tune. I got it for the added performance and low end torque/HP increase, but it has turned into something of an eco tune for me. The first picture is a bit deceiving as it was from my trip from Aspen, CO (8,000 ft) to Colorado Springs, CO (6,200 ft) with an empty truck, but it's the second picture that is the most impressive! 22.9 MPGs on the return route (6,200 ft back up to 8,000 ft) after loading up with 5 sets of Cooper S/T Maxx tires and wheels (about 400 extra pounds).

Got this 2017 Tacoma all set up on the Overland Torque Tune (OTT)! With bigger tires and a lift, the truck will drive so much better with the added torque from the tune. The owner wheels quite a bit too. So, the smooth, enhanced throttle will be a lot of fun on trails. Enjoy!

Another beautiful day for a tune in Aspen! No more laggy throttle and struggling up mountain passes for this 3rd Gen. Also, this owner does a lot of towing, which is where the Overland Torque Tune (OTT) shines! He also opted for the more aggressive "sport" ECT which ramps up the throttle and keeps the truck in the powerband of the RPM range. The sport ECT is NOT for MPGs, but it IS for partying!

Another beautiful 3rd Gen upgraded to the Overland Torque Tune (OTT)! This truck is carrying a lot of extra weight, has 5.29 gears, and is used for towing quite a bit. Thanks to the tune, it now also has optimized shift points, enhanced throttle, and extra low-end torque for the best driving experience available!

Any Tundra owners out there lookin for a some extra pep, torque, HP, and maybe even a little MPGs?

This customer was having some throttle issues while crawling off-road. We made a few adjustments and installed a custom tune while we were at it. All that extra weight and oversized tires can really slow a vehicle down, but we gave it some new life. Enjoy the new tune and have fun on the trails!
