    So I was walking through pepboys and there lied two magna flow high flow cats, I was going to replace my rear set with these but can someone tell me the benifit of high flow performance and sound wise? Whats the differnce between a high flow and a normal cat?

    You wont see any difference. The OEM Cats are "High Flow".
