High-frequency squeak left of radio

I notice a high-frequency squeak coming from the left of the radio within the dash. This is on an '06 TRD Sport DC. This only happens on bumpy dirt roads where there is a lot of cabin vibration. It is a plastic on plastic squeak (remember those styrofoam coolers in the back squeaking when we were kids??) and drives me crazy. It is not loud, but annoying. I have pushed and pulled on all the surfacial dashboard components and does not aleviate the squeak. I know it comes from inside the dash, near the left of the radio. Anyone have this and track it down??

 

Same squeaky dash in my 06. Anyone resolved this??????????????

 

I have a squeak. Sounds like its coming from in between the glove box and the radio, but I still don't know what's causing it.
