    Except for the fact that you didn harden the welds and the underlying fact that it is a non sleeved splice of formed sheet metal and not chormoly, boxed, or tubed. So no, it is not strong as hell.

    Are you sure you know what triangulation means? You want the triangles to be as close to 90* triangles as possible. The "triangle" you added is hardly going to add any strength at that angle. Again trying to help but you will just argue and say "my shit is strong" :rolleyes:

    See how the eiffel tower has a ton of triangles? How strong do you think it would be if it just had one big support that ran from top to bottom?
