Skip the big box stuff it does. It have the lubricity as Some of the others. Between the two go Chemical Guys.

Never heard of Honest Wash, but the Chemical Guys' name is pretty synonymous with quality car detailing products, similar to Meguiar's.

I use Chemical Guys and can vouch for them. If you need products that you can buy at Walmart or Autozone, go with Meguiars Gold Class.

I've used Chemical Guys in the past, but much prefer the Griots car wash... Always get compliments on the shine and works great on my mountain bikes as well.

I personally have had only bad luck with Mequires products. Very cheap products not intended for those into detailing IMO.

Many people here tend to recommend that brand. Anyone have the same experiences with them as I?

Their rubber cleaner has stained my driveway.
Their polishes are not for polishers. Stuff flings everywhere and saturates the pad.
Their back to black stains paint.

People who think the Meguires Gold is "good", obviously have never used anything else. Even then, Chemical's Guys and Griots have a couple that aren't any better than the mequires. The chemical guys extreme body wash and synthetic wash works pretty good.

Meguiars has a professional line also and many, many pro retailers use their pro line. Yes, their offerings at Walmart are not great but some like the gold class are better than the other offerings at Walmart if that is what an individual is going to resort to.

Chemical Guys products go on sale on Amazon pretty often - could save you a few bucks on shipping and on the products themselves. I like their stuff but I got the higher end Turtle Wax wash/wax at Walmart and I love it. Sometimes it's just nice to be able to walk in and pick stuff up at a store.
