Sweet and the hood glare isn't that bad? Seriously considering these...

I had an earlier set, there was a lot of glare off the hood, I replaced the bolt to the LED light I was using to a longer one and stacked washers between the mount & the light to raise it until the glare was OK, but not gone.
I didn't want to tilt the lights to far upwards and the washers kept the light level as it was mounted higher.
I don't remember if I was using spot or flood lights

I have dually spots and the glare isn't bad. It lights up the hood but it isn't reflecting back at me

There are no mounts available at this time but Derek said he will make another batch once we get 12 definite buyers. Copy paste the list below to a new post and add your name to it if you would like to buy a set. We're already half way there!

I have dually spots and theres not really a glare. I would think glare would be pretty bad with floods though

Yea thanks for the input... Maybe I'd be better off mounting them Behind the grill?

Oh, BTW I just got new headlights for free cause of the warranty update Toyota sent out. I'd recommend everybody get that done!

tail gate lock, rear view mirror bracket, hood hinge brackets, and the list grows.

I used the rigid spots also on mine, angled towards the sides not much glare off the hood

I was thinking the same, with the headlights facing forward and the rigid s pointing slightly to right and left I'll have excellent illumination
