So went to use my horn the other day and nothing happened so guessing something is wrong lol. So seeing if any of the wise people on here can give me a idea on where to look first. Like where is the fuse for the horn?
    Thanks!

Check the 10a fuse under the fuse box on the right side under the hood. Read the fuse box lid to find the correct fuse. Or it might be behind the coin tray, can't remember where it was when I changed mine..

What year? It could be the spiral cable. The horn relay gets its ground through the spiral cable in the steering wheel.

    It's a 2007. That's one thing I am hoping it is not.

So it's not the fuse. Is there a way to check the relay or do I have to just get a new one? How hard is it to remove the air bag?

There is a spiral cable recall notice...check to see if it applies to you. Maybe that would fix it if the horn is ground through the cable.

You can test it by grounding the green wire with a red stripe in the steering wheel if the horn blows it is either the spiral cable or the horn switch in the steering wheel.

As for the recall Go to the web site and enter your VIN:

Ok ok it's the spiral cable and my truck is not on that recall. So anyone know how to bypass that or put a switch in?

You could bypass the spiral cable and horn button by running a wire from the horn relay coil ( Green Wire with red Stripe ) through a switch to ground.

Why not do it right and replace the spiral cable?

Are you sure you haven't gone deaf?

Sorry I guess it's one of those "are you sure it's plugged in?" questions...

Because I don't want to mess with the airbag and from what I hear it's not cheap to take it to a shop to have them do it. And it's just a horn

Oh wow that's so freaking easy. Other forms I have read said it was really hard. Now I can replace my steering wheel as well now

Well for now it is just a horn, then when other wires in the cable break ( and they will ) you will loose the airbag function and the steering wheel radio controls. all of these go through the spiral cable

Turn your wheel full turn right or left see if horn works. My horn would only blow on full turn.
