Ok, so i isolated the problem. Its actually coming from outside of the front windshield. Not the windshield itself, but the plastic peice that holds the wipers that stretches across the entire windshield area. It is loose as hell, no way to tighten, and sounds like nails on a chalk board. It is rubbing against the glass near the corner of the windshield. I have been going back and forth with the stealership. Apparently its backordered, and I dont really believe this. Anyway, I am not sure what the part is called, but if you know please advise. Anyone else dealing with this? I will try to take picts this weekend.

I believe its called a windshield cowl. Mine has been driving me nuts for years. It has several clips in the center and two plastic push/screw/plug deals at both ends.

I've had mine off several times now but am unable to find a solution. Thankfully it will not worry me in the coming weeks as winter arrives. The cold temps makes my drivers side exterior mirror squeak and rattle like crazy on every bump/crack in the road - much loader than the windshield cowl...
