I'm beginning to have serious beef with all of these puns.

^^^You should check out the Monkii system. I have a pocket monkii that i bought for $99 when they came out on kickstarter. Get with a friend and you can each save some money (they are often running deals like"buy any pocket monkii and get a MB2 for 50% off") I can vouch for it. I have used it quite a bit. It comes with a free app that has workouts for you. each on has an intro video that introduces the workout and then you do it. I have used mine probably about 70x or so now and I can def see and feel the results. You can pick longer workouts or shorter ones, and you can even focus on certain areas per workout if you want. Their warranty cant be beat either, lifetime no questions asked 100% warranty. Also the difficulty is what you make it, each excercise can be scaled back to your proper difficulty level or scaled up to insane level of difficulty. Literally all you need for this system is a door with a little space on one side to do the workout and the will to do it (i think some badass tunes help too, but YMMV). Ive started doing the monkii and tossing in body squats, tricep dips on a tile ledge built into my upstairs landing, and planks when I need to supplement the monkii workout.

EDIT: there are knockoffs and competitors (like the TRX strap, and others) but I like the monkii system with the FREE app and the way it is setup, YMMV.

DUDE!!!! you work out in WTX now???? You will have the $$$ to get that diesel welder in a couple months then you can make some Business Cards and freelance. Just keep doing great work and meet the company reps you work for so when you branch out on your own they will still want to call you, just you. Cause your rates may even be better than the people you worked for bc now they dont have to pay a manager, etc. I used to work out there. just beware of hwy 285 between pecos, TX and NM and AVOID IT!!! Your life depends on it man. Seriously. I would take a detour always to avoid that chunk of road. Its the most fatal stretch of road in TX (or so the rumor goes, but i believe it with all the semis and heavy trucks going way too fast throught here and passing each other without any thought to consequences)

oh and morning all!!!! I just got back from a week long trip to iceland and I am def a little sad to be at work haha.

I actually jumped the gun with celebrations. Passed the test and was told I’m hired only to find out my driving record from 2016-2017 stopped everything. Sucks.

Monkii: yes, do it, you can even download the app (because its FREEEEEEE) or check their youtube for videos of typical workouts they put together for you.

Iceland: the weather was actually fantastic for hte first part of the week. Short sleeve and maybe even shorts weather when the sun was out (which it was from about 3:30am to 10:30pm, and after 10:30pm it was in this dusk state for most of the evening, so not pitch black, whichw as a bit of a skull fuck but I liked it). Iceland to me is liek the overland culture that everyoen wants america to be: literally almost every vehicle regardless of size has a trailer ball ready to attach a trailer, so many vehicles had RTTs, there was diesel everything (diesel is cheaper than gas there), there was everything from unimog campers to tiny diesel hatchbacks with RTTs or trailers running around. and a ton, a TON, of diesel landcruisers :)drool::drool::drool:) with huge tires, lifts, snorkels, you name it.

WITAF, dude, that sucks. i am not even going to ask what it was. We all make mistakes. Were you required to have a CDL to operate as a mobile welder or what? Is that what stopped you, the inability to attain your CDL?

Nah I’m honest all the time. Back in 2016-2017, I got snakebit and got caught any time I would speed

We all do it at times.

But I had some bad luck and got caught every time and never got a warning.

I just paid my ticket and continued on. Then the state slapped a “habitual violator” charge on me for getting 4 tickets in a 3 year time period and suspended my license for 90 days.

It’s almost 2020 and I’m still a high risk to insurance apparently so yea...

Company truck. Wouldn’t be my truck and I would still need to be under their insurance to work for them under their name. And it’s not just any insurance. It’s like a 2 million dollar policy.

Now, I don’t even drive the speed limit. So I guess their lesson worked but god damn it does suck when your past can haunt you this long whenever you’re trying to get your life together.
