From what I’ve heard all the new Tacoma’s come with this feature but from doing research it’s supposed to get you unstuck whenever you’re stuck in snow, mud etc, to turn on this feature you have to hit the trac control button, the auto Lsd light should come on but from what I’ve read the trac control is never completely turned off, for that you have to hold the butting down for at least 5 seconds then the trac off comes off, my question is what to use in a situation where I become stuck like in mud ? Do I just tap the button once and turn on auto lsd or do I hold it down to completely turn off the trac? It’s kinda confusing Btw I have a 2019 dc 2wd

Looked like a bunch of failed attempts to get out using 4hi and one successful try in 4lo. Not sure why he wouldn’t have tried 4lo with MTS on sand way sooner?

I was impeded by 1/2ft of snow, the second I went into it. Similar happened in some slick dirt w/incline.

Turned off the traction control, and magicaly I had standard 4wd again.

If your going into the dirt or snow off-road, I would turn it off or else one wheel will "slip" and the nanny features will go off, causing you to get "stuck."
