How can I disable the seat belt alarm?

    Well at least it only dings a finite number of times. My wife's car will ding till the cows get tired of it. But my SR5 goes through a routine of an increasing rate of dinging until it stops after something like 50 at the highest rate (I tried counting but I get distracted)

    Had the truck tuned yesterday and asked the tuner to remove the seat belt chime. That alone was worth the cost!

    Finally was able to get in at the dealer and have them disable it. At no charge, too, since it was new.

    Carista app and a $10 obd Bluetooth device. $19 for the app. Worth it 100%. I was able to change alot of settings on my friends tacomas as well.

    Nice purchase, works as advertised. Not able to disable door alarm.
