Will this method also turn off the front and rear light flash or just the horn?

Good question. I was so excited about getting rid of the beeps, I didn't even look.
I just checked. The lights still flash. I'm OK with the lights, just hate the beeps.
Oh, and it's not the horn that used to sound. It was an annoying loud, high-pitched beep.

This worked perfectly. Wish I had deleted it years ago.

My solution was the "Honda link " in post #18. I must have an aftermarket/dealer installed alarm.

    1: Insert key into ignition.
2: Turn key to "On" position.
3: Turn key back to "Acc" position.
4: Press button on alarm box with blue light located under steering wheel 3 times.

You will hear 2 rapid horn beeps.

To confirm you've successfully disabled answer back horn:
    1: Exit vehicle.
    2: Close door.
3: Press alarm/lock button on key fob. Should only chirp 1x no horn beep.
4: Press unlock button on key fob. Should only hear 2x chirps no horn beeps.
