That's the airbag light, not the seat belt light.

OP, I have no idea...but that's not a light I'd want to ignore.

It's the SRS warning light which means you either have a bad sensor or ATRAC is on (IIRC). I think one of those electronic doo-hickey systems disables the airbags we it is on. Can't remember which one..

I don't think an '08 has ATRAC, does it?

My vote is the sensor is bad.

Not sure about the ATRAC myself, but going with the sensor too.

No traction features turn off the airbags. The only light that comes on when you disable airbags is when you disable the roll sensing airbags. The light you have on is a airbag malfunction light. It will stay on until the problem is fixed.

is it possible you have anything on the passenger seat like a bookbag? the seat might sense something there but not over 60lbs so it disables the airbag???? just a thought

Exactly, and it's not a light I'd ignore. The last thing I'd want is my airbags spontaneously going off in my face as I'm driving (or not going off in a crash).

Yeah. Locker turns off ABS. I think 4wd low disables ABS and VSC but I'm not sure about the ABS.
