That sounds like an amazing way to get run da eff over. Someone panics and gooses the gas instead of the brake...All bad.

Old enough to say, "Here, hold my beer and check this out..."

39...so old enough for a Darwin award. Besides, I think she was saying she was hiding behind the truck when it was put in gear, so the driver's foot was on the break. Regardless, the reaction was funny enough, and I wasn't going to get hurt, so I was okay with it.

39 y/o and playing childish (and dangerous) games...

    wow.

tell us more about this gem...I bet she's a single mom living at her parents home and recieving govt. "assistance".

I'd also bet she spends more money on tattoos and beer than she does books.

    I'll say a prayer.

Nope. Married, two kids with enough money to pay cash for their two motorcycles, and president of a multi-million dollar company. Has one tattoo and prefers wine to beer.

But I can see how you'd equate standing behind a car while someone has their foot on the brake and puts a car into gear with all that. I'm sure there are safer things to do, but it's not like she's farting propane and holding a match behind her ass while standing in a puddle of gasoline.

Pulling thru on occasion for a quick stop, seems purposeful, occasionally.
Tho' loading the bed brings 'deh suck... if it's parked backasswards.

I rarely worry about door dings...
'cause my sliders stick out far enough to screw up 'dere dreams.
Parking up front wedged in... intimidates them... more then me ;)

I personally think the majority of the pretenders whom back up into a parking slot...
are doing nothing more then displaying their fine peacock foray...
so that others will have to look at yer bling coolness

That or ya'll have little dick syndrome....
and walk backwards away from your junk...
just so's ya can admire that a little longer

    I usually park my junk...
    and ignore it.
It's not that difficult... even without a back up camera

IMO... Admiration is an acceptable thing on the trail...
but not in a stupid parking lot... (mall derps)

Maybe it's just 'cause I have a big penis and unbeatable confidence.

    Enjoy your ego display :stirthepot:

True, didn't think of that. She just told me the story, and I thought it was a hilarious anecdote. For all I know, my dad, or Poppa Douchebag as he's affectionately known around here (we had a falling out) might have said, "You're lucky I didn't run you over, dumbass!". Just found the hyperbole a little over the top. Then again, a lot of things I do in my ADD way tend to have conversations with me end with the other party saying, "...dumbass!"

happy for her. I appoligise for sterotyping.

hope she doesn't teach her childern by example, it could turn tragic.

and her wealth and/or employment have little to do with anything. other than with those credentials...one would expect wiser antics.

I wish her the best.

A little of this and a little of that.
Back into the garage, back into most parking spaces, except when I have to load something in the box.

best answered by the guy with anger management issues and a ring of janitor keys who had to park on the other side of hell to pick up a pack of smokes...

did I mention he's a chain smoker who has not had one in a few hours...'cause he's broke, and the place he works for screwed up his paycheck and the bank wouldn't cash it...so he bummed ten bux from his ex wife who hates smokers and made him basically beg for the money.

Always back in or do a pull through. Work has a back in only policy, and it's so easy to get close to the line or curb with the camera. Also, I tend to stay as far away from buggy carrols as possible.
