I'm pretty surprised this thread exists.

With that in mind let me draw u up a diagram.

..nah, I'm not gonna do that.
I just park mine. Like to back it in, don't always. I will say that when I worked at oregon park and recreation we were required to back in our vehicals in.

Don't care how I park. But I always try to park next to another Tacoma.

When I'm in the unit I always try to see how many I can occupy. So far my record is 6. I'm going to try for 8 next.

I don't mind if some guy does it at the back of the lot. I have, only because I'd park back there, and some schmuck would think it was funny to park an inch off my door. But if you're taking up two spots in an area everyone else is parking, then you're a douche. I used to park on a slight angle in my spot, just to keep people from crowding me. It'd take a bit more to get out, but no dents, and I don't inconvenience others.

i just park front end first if i know everybody in the lot isn't going to be leaving at the same time (which is never)

if i'm unloading or loading something where it'd be easier to back in (like a house or apt.) i will back end first

in high school i'd back in b/c with everyone leaving at once you could get out quicker

Back in where I can. Of course angles parking
You have to pull in. If I can walk a little
Farther and park away from everyone then I
Do. I don't trust that people won't hit me. Always
Back in where I can, it is easier to pull out and safer.

I usually just pull through, or pull in forward. Out of the few times I've backed in, once a shithead pulled behind me, like, cut through my target spot and I hit him. The entire SPI meet-up group was there to go "WTF?" with me.

I battle park :infantry:my piece and I park at least 4 to 7 miles away from anyone :tumbleweed:. Upon returning to said piece, I conduct a 360deg inspection before I jump in to make sure that everything is ship-shape.

Hahaha. Id love to see this.

I usually park far away from people because I don't trust people opening their doors. Ive been backing into by someone and they didn't do anything (I wasn't there). And Ive had too many of my friend already bump/ get hit in parking lots.

I see a parking spot I'd use, ( back it), but somebody wouldn'd be entering via their drivers side. Been there, done that.

To answer the original question, centered between the lines is how I park, if there are lines.

I'm that @sshole that backs in and takes 2 spots. :D

Atleast I don't do it right next to the front of the business, I do it middle to back of the parking lot
