Can someone that has done this tell me how to remove center caps on stock alloy wheels. Do I need to remove whell and push them out or do they twist and come out or pry them off????

They just pop off, screwdriver or the lug nut wrench will work.

Are you are saying I need to pull the wheels off?
I was hoping I could pull and paint but if I need to pull the wheels I will have to alot more time. So do they pry twist off w/o removing the wheels or do I need to take the wheels off?

I'm pretty sure you have to pull the wheels.
