How do you Remove the Hooks from the Headliner?

How do you Remove the Head Liner Hooks from the Rear of the Dbl Cabs?

I Got everything I need to install My new Headunit and XM Receiver and I want to Mount the Antenna on the Roof and run the Wire through the Third Brake light ( I did this on my old truck and it worked out well)

But From what I've read you need to Pull done the Head Liner and Remove (2) 10MM bolts to be able to get behind the Third Brake light. I just need to figure out how to Pull down the Head Liner.
