I average around 330. At most I've gotten close to 360 on a long trip. Don't cruise on highway any higher than 2200 rpm. Shift at 2500 at the most... Like to pretend there is an eggshell on the pedal.

I have a 2000 3.4l and I get 200 miles on a tank when my light goes on and I fill up about 16 gallons. That's all city driving. I get on average 12 mpg.

I'm lucky to get 200 miles on a tank the last few months :( Once summer rolls around I should get closer to 300 per tank.

Got an 04 V6 double cab. (132k miles). I drove it until it sputtered (had extra fuel in the bed). My GPS read 250 miles with about 30% highway and rest light city driving. When I filled up it took 18.4 gallons. That's like 13.5 to 14 miles per gallon.

    Somethings up!!

I do have slightly over sized tires, but nothing crazy.

    Any thoughts guys???

    on stock 265/70/16 = 300miles per tank
on Firestone Destination LE 265/75/16 = 260 miles per tank + LOTS of road noise

about 75% city driving on both

    Thanks Adam for the numbers.

I bought the truck a month ago. Previous owner installed AT 285 75 16.

I'm getting around 245-255 on 18.5 gallons. Wow that's a loss of almost 50 miles per tank or 2.5 miles per gallon.

Any other possibilities that I should be on the look out for?

    Thanks.

300-320.. I normally get 300 with about 1/8th left on on the gas gauge. Got 330 miles once, but the truck was sputtering when pulling into the gas station.

Wow. I must be doing something wrong. '99 3.4 with 33x12.5's getting about 230 out of a tank. 50/50 city/highway split.

i dont know wtf was up with this last tank. i was a little over 150 at half tank, now i have a quarter left and am only at 220 with the same driving style. its like it just decided to dump out a gallon or two somewhere along the road.

if you are doing 50/50 thats about right. thats what i hope to get. right now im about 70/30 with no armour, and 31x10.5 and get 270ish. when i get sliders and 33s ill hopefully be around 230-250:( fuck mpgs
